Accepting Invites

Accepting invitations to Koverse workspaces is quite straightforward. If you do not already have a Koverse account, follow the below guidance:

1. Ensure you are not already signed into a Koverse workspace in your browser.

2. Open the email invitation.

3. Select the “Join Workspace” button.

4. In the new tab or window, input the requested information.
   • First Name
   • Last Name
   • Email Address (will be pre-filled)
   • Password (make one of your choosing)

5. Select the “Create Account” button.

6. The workspace owner and its administrator(s) can validate your membership under the corresponding “Users” menu as appears below:

7. Users can be viewed and modified within the “Manage users” page. Below shows users who have been added to the workspace and their roles.

If you already have a Koverse account, follow the below steps:

1. Open the email invitation.

2. Select the “Join Workspace” button.

3. In the new tab or window, select “Log In” at the bottom of the prompt.
